SUKI SAFETY

A public safety commitment

Child Safety Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026

Zero tolerance for CSAE. Suki is an adults-only service. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, and sexual contact involving a minor are prohibited.

Our product and our commitment

Utah Project Management, LLC operates Suki and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name Utah Pro. This policy applies worldwide to Suki accounts, profiles, discovery, text, selected photos and videos, voice messages, one-to-one audio or video sessions, reports, moderation, support, and this public page.

Suki is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Adults must not invite, assist, or expose a minor to an adult interaction. Age screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every person provides truthful information.

CSAE and CSAM are not allowed

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, sexual solicitation, sexual extortion, and other sexual harm involving a child. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means any visual or other material that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.

No user may use Suki to:

Do not download, copy, forward, or email suspected CSAM. Preserve only safe locating details needed to report it.

Report and block inside the app

  1. Open the relevant Suki profile, conversation, message, media item, or active or recent call.
  2. Choose the available report control, select the closest safety reason, and provide truthful, specific details.
  3. Use Block to stop contact and end a call if you feel unsafe. You may also contact landerghari@gmail.com.

Do not send suspected CSAM by email. Describe the account, approximate time, and safe locating context without attaching illegal material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first; Suki is not an emergency service.

Review and response

We may review reports and available safety signals, restrict reach, remove content, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests. We use proportionate access controls and may limit information shared with reviewers to what is reasonably needed for safety, legal compliance, and appeals.

A report may require additional context or ownership checks. We cannot promise that every report will produce the same outcome or that every harmful act will be detected before it occurs.

Authorities and external resources

We cooperate with lawful requests and applicable child-safety reporting duties. When a report concerns suspected CSAM or imminent risk, we may contact the appropriate authority or qualified safety organization in the relevant jurisdiction.

For an external report in the United States, the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting website) is an available resource. Other countries may have their own official reporting channels. Suki does not claim that every report is sent to NCMEC or one single organization.

Privacy, deletion, and age controls

Suki may process age declarations, eligibility answers, account history, and limited verification signals to investigate suspected minor access, restrict features, and comply with law. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, retention, and rights. The Account Deletion page explains deletion requests.

If we learn that a minor has used Suki, we may restrict or close the account and delete associated information subject to child-safety, mandatory reporting, evidence-preservation, and other legal duties.

Named contact and updates

Our designated child-safety contact is Juicy. Contact Juicy through landerghari@gmail.com for child-safety questions, escalation information, or a report that cannot be submitted in the app. Please do not attach suspected CSAM.

We may update this policy when Suki, safety practices, applicable law, or reporting requirements change.
