Information, plainly explained
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
1. Who operates Suki
Utah Project Management, LLC operates Suki and publishes it on Google Play under the developer name Utah Pro. This Policy covers the Suki Android application, support, account administration, moderation, safety operations, and the public pages hosted at lafera.app.
Where applicable law uses the term controller or a similar term, Utah Project Management, LLC is the responsible organization for the processing described here. A separate service reached from Suki may have its own privacy notice.
2. Adults and age signals
Suki is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We may handle an age declaration, eligibility answer, account history, and limited verification signals to apply the age restriction, review suspected minor access, and meet platform or legal requirements.
A person under 18 must not create or use an account. If we reasonably suspect minor access, we may restrict features, request proportionate information, preserve safety evidence, and close the account. An age gate cannot guarantee that every user states an age accurately.
3. What may be associated with an account
Profile and sign-in
Depending on your sign-in method and choices, this can include an account or profile ID, email address or phone number, authentication information, display name, age declaration, gender, language, region, profile image, biography, interests, settings, and recovery details.
Content and one-to-one communication
We process profile material, text, selected photos or videos, voice messages, support correspondence, reports, and other content you choose to provide. Material sent to another user becomes available to that recipient.
For a user-initiated one-to-one audio or video session, live media is technically processed to connect participants. We may also handle participant identifiers, start and end times, duration, connection events, quality data, and diagnostic signals. A recipient may preserve communication using tools outside Suki.
Device, activity, and safety
We and providers acting for us may process IP address, app or device identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network type, access times, feature interactions, crash details, diagnostics, reports, blocks, security events, and approximate location inferred from an IP address.
Advertising and purchases
Where advertising is enabled and permitted, the Android Advertising ID, limited device information, approximate location, and ad interactions may support delivery, frequency limits, security, and measurement of contextual or personalized advertising. Google Play handles payment credentials. We may receive product ID, transaction ID, purchase time, price, currency, entitlement, refund status, and purchase status, but not a complete card number or Google account password.
4. Android permissions in context
Optional permissions are requested when a related feature is used. You can deny or revoke them through Android settings, although the related feature may stop working.
| Capability | Use in Suki |
|---|---|
| Camera | Transmits video during a call and lets you capture profile or message media when you choose. |
| Microphone / record audio | Transmits voice in an audio or video session and creates a voice message after activation. |
| Photos, video, audio, or media picker | Lets you select and share media. Older Android versions may use legacy storage only where technically required. |
| Notifications and vibration | Signals messages, calls, account events, safety notices, support replies, and purchase updates according to your settings. |
| Internet, network, and Wi-Fi state | Connects sessions, delivers content, detects connectivity changes, and supports reliability. |
| Audio settings and wake lock | Routes call audio and helps an active session continue when the device would otherwise sleep. |
| Advertising ID | Supports ad delivery, frequency controls, fraud prevention, and measurement where advertising is enabled and lawful. |
Camera or microphone content is not used to select advertising. These sensors are not intentionally activated unless you choose a call, voice-message, or capture feature that requires them.
5. Purposes of processing
- create, authenticate, recover, maintain, and secure accounts;
- provide profiles, discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, and one-to-one audio or video communication;
- deliver digital purchases and administer account-bound entitlements;
- operate analytics, language, recommendations, and advertising where permitted;
- diagnose failures, measure performance, and improve reliability;
- detect spam, fake accounts, scams, fraud, harassment, exploitation, illegal content, and security threats;
- review reports and appeals and enforce the Terms of Use and Child Safety Policy; and
- send service, security, support, transaction, and policy communications and comply with law.
Where a legal basis is required, it may be contract performance, consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting Suki, legal obligations, or vital interests in an emergency. The appropriate basis depends on the activity and location.
6. Sharing and transfers
- to another user when you choose a profile, message, media, or call feature involving that person;
- to providers supporting hosting, authentication, messaging, real-time communication, content delivery, moderation, analytics, support, security, and fraud prevention;
- to Google Play and payment partners for distribution, billing, entitlements, refunds, and fraud controls;
- to advertising and measurement partners where enabled and subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements;
- to authorities or qualified safety organizations when required by law or reasonably necessary to address valid process, illegal content, or imminent serious harm; and
- as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer with confidentiality safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may classify particular advertising disclosures as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; eligible users may use available controls or contact us.
7. Retention and security
Suki and its providers may process information in more than one country. Where required, we use contractual or other recognized transfer safeguards appropriate to the information and risk.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, account status, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, legal duties, and controlled backups. Transaction, tax, accounting, refund, and chargeback records may remain for a legally required period. Safety, report, enforcement, and security records may remain as long as reasonably needed to protect users and comply with law. De-identified information may remain when it no longer reasonably identifies a person.
Administrative, technical, and organizational measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, provider review, and incident response are used to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security.
The Suki Account Deletion page explains in-app and email request routes, verification, timing, scope, and limited retention. Suspension is not deletion.
8. Your choices and rights
You can edit available profile settings, revoke Android permissions, reset or delete the Advertising ID through device settings, report or block users, and request account deletion.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain portability, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures, or appeal a denied request. We may verify identity and limit a request where law permits to protect another person or preserve safety evidence.
9. Children and updates
Suki is not directed to children and does not permit anyone under 18 to hold or use an account. If we learn of minor access, we may restrict or close the account and delete associated information subject to safety, reporting, evidence-preservation, and other legal duties. The Child Safety Policy explains our CSAE standards, reporting process, enforcement, and designated contact.
We may update this Policy when Suki, providers, safety practices, or applicable law changes. The current page shows its effective date, and material changes receive additional notice where required.
