Agreement and scope

These Terms are an agreement between you and Utah Project Management, LLC, which operates Suki and publishes it on Google Play under Utah Pro. They cover the Suki Android app, account and profile functions, discovery, text, selected media, voice messages, one-to-one audio and video calls, support, moderation, safety operations, and these related policy pages.

The Privacy Policy and Child Safety Policy are part of this agreement.

Eligibility and account care

You may use Suki only if you are 18 or older, legally able to enter this agreement, and not prohibited by law. Do not falsify your age, help a minor evade an age safeguard, let a minor use your account, or bring a minor into an adult interaction.

Keep registration and profile information accurate and current. Protect credentials and the connected sign-in method, report suspected unauthorized access, and do not sell, rent, lend, share, or transfer an account.

Profiles and conversations

Suki may let adults discover profiles and communicate through text, selected photos or videos, voice messages, and one-to-one audio or video sessions. You decide whether to start, accept, continue, or end an interaction. Availability and connection quality may vary with device, location, network, account, or version.

We do not promise a match, response, identity, compatibility, relationship, background check, or particular outcome. Protect personal and financial information and use report, block, or call-ending controls when an interaction feels unsafe.

Camera, microphone, and recording

Suki accesses a camera or microphone only after Android permission and your activation of a feature that needs it. Revoking a permission may disable video, audio, voice-message, or capture features.

Obtain consent required by law before recording, capturing, publishing, or redistributing another person's image, voice, message, or call. Covert recording, voyeurism, blackmail, sexual coercion, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. A recipient may preserve communications using tools outside Suki, so do not assume an interaction is confidential.

User material and limited license

You retain ownership of profile material, text, images, video, audio, messages, reports, and feedback that you provide. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed and that the material follows these Terms.

You grant Utah Project Management, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and technically modify your material only as reasonably needed to operate, maintain, secure, moderate, improve, and legally support Suki; follow your settings; and enforce these Terms. The license ends when material leaves active systems, except for another user's copy, a controlled backup, or a safety or legal record.

Prohibited behavior

You must not use Suki to:

• break the law or violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights;
• harass, stalk, threaten, shame, coerce, extort, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
• create, request, possess, transmit, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or child endangerment;
• share non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, credible threats, or instructions for serious wrongdoing;
• impersonate a person, misstate age or identity, or run a romance, payment, investment, credential, or account-recovery scam;
• send spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, automated messages, scraping requests, or disruptive traffic;
• collect, disclose, or sell another user's information without authorization;
• reverse engineer, bypass safety restrictions, manipulate purchases or advertising, or interfere with the service; or
• buy, sell, or transfer an account, digital item, credit, or access outside an authorized Suki feature.

Reports, blocks, and enforcement

Use the available report control on a profile, message, media item, or active or recent call when you see a safety or Terms concern. You may block a user and end a call. Reports should be truthful and specific; we may review relevant information, limit distribution, remove content, warn, suspend, or terminate an account, and preserve evidence where reasonably needed.

We may provide a support or appeal route when available, but an appeal does not automatically restore content or access. We may cooperate with lawful requests and qualified safety organizations.

Purchases, billing, and providers

Suki may offer credits, digital items, virtual benefits, or paid feature access through Google Play Billing. The checkout screen identifies the product, price, and material terms; a product is not recurring unless the checkout screen expressly describes a subscription. Digital items are licensed, not legal tender or cash value, and cannot be transferred outside an authorized feature.

Google Play processes payment credentials and applies its billing and refund rules. Deleting Suki does not itself cancel billing managed separately by Google Play. Where permitted, Suki may show contextual or personalized advertising. Providers and independent services may have separate terms and privacy notices.

Intellectual property and service changes

Suki software, interfaces, visual design, names, logos, documentation, and our content are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Android app for its intended purpose. Do not copy, sell, publicly distribute, or create a derivative product from Suki branding without authorization.

Features may be added, changed, paused, or retired for safety, legal, technical, operational, or business reasons. Availability may differ by location, device, version, or account.

Suspension, termination, and liability

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, address safety or fraud, comply with law, protect users, or discontinue the service. You may stop using Suki and request permanent deletion through the app or the Account Deletion page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suki is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular connection or result, another user's identity or conduct, or the accuracy or safety of User Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utah Project Management, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the service or another user's or independent third party's conduct. These limits do not remove non-waivable consumer protections, rights, or remedies.

Applicable law and contact

Before a claim, both sides will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve it through the contact below. These Terms use the law applicable to Utah Project Management, LLC and the transaction, without removing mandatory consumer protection or access to a local court that cannot lawfully be waived. We may update these Terms for product, safety, operational, or legal changes; material revisions receive notice where required.
